We hired Eric and his team to help us with a framing/roof job for our home that had been a headache to deal with prior to hiring them; he was super detailed, open to all my questions, and upfront about everything going into the job, and his price was reasonable!
He was super communicative and easy to work with, and anything that came up, he and his team handled quickly without throwing in change orders and extra costs. The subs also all showed up on time, worked quickly, cleaned up super fast, and were friendly/personable too (shoutout to the HVAC tech who talked to me for a bit about my garden because his girlfriend also loves gardening lol). Eric and his team essentially did a complete home remodel for me, redoing the entire kitchen, two bathrooms, engaging in structural work taking down load bearing walls, installing HVAC, new flooring and repairing existing flooring, and redoing the exterior.
With a project this big there are inevitably going to be hiccups and bumps along the way, but Eric was transparent about the situation and challenges presented and offered FAIR solutions.
Throughout the process I learned that no one was going to care about the details of my house as much as myself. There was push and pull, but that will happen with any contractor. The important thing was Eric was willing to work with me to turn my vision into a cost effective reality and executed on a fairly aggressive timeline.
